Cannot recommend them enough!! Best prices and honest people. Dominica was great and financing with 21st was easy. Didn't even have to put any money down or put my land up! The house showed up in great shape and within a reasonable amount of time even though it was ordered from the factory. The crews that did the site work, trim out, and skirting all did a fantastic job. We drove about 2 hours to buy from them because the prices were so much better than the places local to us.

Working with Dominica has been an absolute pleasure from start to finish! She beat every other price we found in the area and was able to get us approved with only half the down payment we were expecting. That alone made a huge difference for our family. What really sets Dominica apart is her communication and dedication. She kept everything moving every step of the way, stayed on top of the entire process, and made what could have been stressful feel quick, smooth, and incredibly easy.
